Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a splendid 5 deluxe establishment with exceptional standard rooms that are clean, comfortable, and chilled enough. The service is very attentive and willing to assist, though not overly enthusiastic. The location within Mosi-Oa-Tunya Park is simply amazing, surrounded by old British colonial style and wildlife. Dining is good with a variety of food options, but there were some inconsistencies. Overall, a luxurious and value-for-money stay.
The hotel is a gem for nature lovers, offering a wonderful view and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a dedicated Butler service, though dining options could be improved. The location is superb for exploring the national park and watching stunning sunsets, though communication about pickups may need attention.
